The products affected by the recall are the 5- and 8-inch Apple, Blueberry, Cherry, and Peach Streusel Pies.

Whole Foods Market is recalling its 3-oz. and 26-oz. “Pumpkin Bundt Cakes” due to undeclared milk.

The products were sold in Whole Foods Market store bakeries in Fresno, Monterey, San Rafael, San Ramon, and Santa Cruz, CA.

The 3-oz. cakes were sold from a service case or displayed in small, clear plastic clamshells marked with a scale label #21630100000. Expiration dates prior to Feb. 13, 2012 are affected.

The 26-oz. cakes were sold from a service case or displayed in plastic dome containers with the scale label #21637900000. Expirations dates prior to Feb. 13, 2012 are affected.

Han Yang Inc. is recalling approximately 25,600 pounds of “Jang Chung Dong Han Yang King Joak Bal Cooked Pork Hocks” due to undeclared wheat.

The products were distributed for wholesale and retail use in the Los Angeles, CA and Chicago, IL areas.

The products bear the establishment number “EST. 21880” inside the USDA mark of inspection and have a four-month shelf life. The recalled products were produced between Oct. 7, 2011 and Feb. 7, 2012.

While cartons are correctly labeled, some of the individual bars are incorrectly packaged in a wrapper for “Grammy Sammy – Honey Graham and Strawberry Yogurt™,” which bears an ingredient statement for that particular product.

The label on the top of each package correctly identifies the recalled products, but the bottom label of each package reads "Homestyle Meatloaf with Tomato Sauce."

The bottom label bears the establishment number "EST. 19198" inside the USDA mark of inspection, as well as a use by date of "12/20/11." The product code "23431" also is stamped on the bottom label.

The product was distributed to grocery stores in Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

The products were sold through fundraising events in Kansas and Missouri and through mail orders nationwide.

The products are packaged in 16-oz. clear plastic bags with a resealable opening. The product labels do not include any codes or expiration dating.

Galant Food Co. is recalling "Galina's Piroshki, Beef & Farm Vegetables Puffs." due to undeclared egg and “Galina's Piroshki, Chicken Provance Puffs” due to undeclared egg and soy.

The product were distributed to retail establishments in the San Francisco, Calif., area.

The product is on cardboard trays containing 24 5-oz. puffs. The “Chicken Provance Puffs” package has "P-9014" inside the USDA mark of inspection. The “Beef & Farm Vegetable Puffs” package has “Est. 9014” inside the USDA mark of inspection. Both products were produced between March 2010 and May 11, 2010

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE - May 04, 2010 - SOLON, OHIO - Nestlé USA's Baking Division is initiating a voluntary recall of select Nestlé® CARNATION® Famous Fudge Kits because the outer containers of some of the kits were distributed without a complete allergen precautionary statement. Consumers who have allergies to peanuts run the risk of serious or life threatening allergic reactions if they consume products containing peanuts.
The Famous Fudge Kits are seasonal items distributed nationwide in supermarkets and club stores. The only products involved in the voluntary recall include Nestlé CARNATION Famous Fudge Kits distributed during the 2009 holiday season with day codes beginning with 9225 through 9259, and a "Best By" date of June/July 2010. The UPC codes for the affected products are 50000-62251 for the retail version, and 50000-62248 for the club store version. No other Nestlé products are impacted by this recall. 
The components contained in the kit were completely labeled, including a precautionary statement on one component stating "made in a facility that also processes peanuts". However, the outer containers of some of the kits were distributed without a complete precautionary statement. As the health and safety of our consumers is paramount, we are initiating this voluntary recall. We have advised the U.S. Food and Drug Administration and will cooperate with them fully in this voluntary recall. Providing safe, high quality products to our consumers is our number one priority.  
Consumers who are allergic to peanuts and who have purchased the recalled products are advised by Nestlé not to consume them.
